Lancaster, PA — Cargas Systems, an employee-owned business software and consulting company with 90 employees, is pleased to announce several management promotions to support their recent growth. The following individuals have been named as managers across both of the company’s business divisions, Energy and Business Solutions:

CoryCory Grimm is promoted to Manager of Consulting. In his new role, Cory will supervise the system consultants and project managers in the Energy division who are responsible for the implementation and training of Cargas Energy industry software. Grimm’s key responsibilities include: managing team resources, monitoring team and individual performance goals, contributing to process and procedure improvements, and ensuring projects are implemented and delivered according to customer expectations. Joining Cargas in 2013, Grimm has held positions as a systems consultant and project manager prior to his recent promotion. Grimm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

rob-mallonRob Mallon is promoted to Manager of Technical Services. In his new role, Rob will supervise the software engineers who are responsible for custom software in the Business Solutions division. Mallon’s key responsibilities include: managing team resources, monitoring team and individual performance goals, prioritizing project tasks and support requests, overseeing solution design, contributing to process improvement and quality control initiatives and serving as a lead developer on complex projects. Joining Cargas in 2013, Mallon held positions as a system engineer and team leader prior to his recent promotion. Mallon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Albright College and resides in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

In his new role, Keith will supervise the software engineers in the Energy Division who are responsible for data conversion, custom report development, and custom programming related to the Cargas Energy industry software. Neff’s key responsibilities include: managing team resources, monitoring team and individual performance goals, maintaining procedural documentation, and refining technical tools. Joining Cargas in 2010, Neff held positions as a software engineer and team leader prior to his recent promotion. Neff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Shippensburg University and resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

In his new role, Fred will supervise the software engineers in the Energy Division who are responsible for the design and development of Cargas Energy industry software. Bowers’ key responsibilities include: managing team resources, monitoring team and individual performance goals, assisting in defining product vision and strategy, and overseeing the requirements gathering process as it relates to ongoing software improvements. Joining Cargas in 2007, Bowers held the position of Product Development Team Leader prior to his recent promotion. Bowers holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Drexel University and resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

IanIan Libhart is promoted to Manager of Product Quality. In his new role, Ian will supervise the quality engineers, business analysts, and training content specialists in the Energy division who are responsible for the quality control and training content for Cargas Energy industry software. Libhart’s key responsibilities include: managing team resources, monitoring team and individual performance goals, overseeing software quality and usability testing efforts, developing online learning tools and defining software requirements. Joining Cargas in 2007, Libhart held positions as a consultant, quality engineer and team leader prior to his recent promotion. Libhart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Bloomsburg University and resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
