By Joe Campagna with Cargas Systems

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant, I am frequently getting questions from our CRM customer base on whether current versions of their other Microsoft products are compatible with their current version of Dynamics CRM. It then popped into my head to make it easier on the Cargas CRM customer base by adding a blog that addresses this very topic!

Being a Microsoft product, Microsoft Dynamics CRM naturally works in tandem with multiple other native Microsoft systems, such as Windows, SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Outlook.

To make sure that all of these other systems are working smoothly with Dynamics CRM, you need to be sure the version of those systems and applications is compatible with your version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

To help their many CRM users keep track of all the other Microsoft systems and products that they own, Microsoft maintains and regularly updates a compatibility list for Dynamics CRM.

So, the next time that you get a company-wide email from your IT manager letting you know that they are upgrading from Exchange 2010 to 2011, make sure that you refer to this compatibility list first!

Compatibility List:

Compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

Compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015

Compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016

Support for Tablet Browser, CRM for Tablets, and CRM for Phones with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
