Integrations

The main difference between HubSpot Marketing Hub and Click, formerly ClickDimensions, is how they interact with your existing software. HubSpot software is designed to integrate with other third-party software, while Click is only accessible to users with an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM License.

HubSpot Marketing Hub boasts several custom integrations to third-party solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. In fact, the HubSpot team built the Salesforce connector for their own software environment before making it widely available. HubSpot also encourages developers to create custom connectors using its open API, so users can easily find someone to build a new integration.

Click was designed for use within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, and users must have an Enterprise-level Dynamics 365 license or above to utilize Click. Because Click is native within Dynamics 365 CRM, there is no need to build integrations between the two platforms.

Feature Availability

HubSpot Marketing Hub and Click offer the same essential email marketing and campaign analytics features. However, HubSpot is a more versatile tool with a broader array of features available at its lowest-priced tiers.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is designed with every aspect of marketing in mind, from creating engaging content for blogs and social media to developing forms that capture leads. Because HubSpot is a champion of inbound marketing research and strategy, the latest inbound marketing tools make their way into the software with each monthly update.

Much of Clicks’ core functionality involves email marketing automation, mainly through Microsoft Outlook. Its additional features for web intelligence, landing page and form development, and subscription management ensure marketing teams have all the data they need right in their CRM.

Cost

HubSpot Marketing Hub is an all-in-one solution, though its number of features depends on the selected license. Click comes in just two tiers, but some features are only available as paid add-ons.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is available in four tiers, starting with a freemium version, though the paid versions are much more powerful. Individuals and small teams needing limited functionality will do well with HubSpot’s Starter tier. Larger organizations looking for deeper content strategy functionality, A/B testing capabilities, and advanced social media management should consider Professional or Enterprise licenses.

Click is available in two tiers—Basic and Business. The Business tier includes all the Basic license features plus additional campaign automation, event management, and lead-scoring capabilities. And while the Business license includes additional emails per year and more image storage, intelligent dashboards and advanced social media marketing features will cost an additional fee.

Sum It Up

HubSpot Marketing Hub is an all-in-one marketing automation solution that scales with your business. It’s affordable for smaller organizations that want to boost their campaigns and has plenty of features to explore. With its open API, HubSpot Marketing Hub easily integrates with the solutions you’re already using and anything else coming to your software environment in the future.

Microsoft shops that want to flesh out the marketing capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM will find Click easy to integrate and learn. Its small but focused feature set is native to Dynamics 365, which means users can accomplish their marketing tasks from just one solution.
