Samantha is a Solution Engineer at Cargas specializing in Sage Intacct, with nearly two years at Cargas and more than a decade in the SaaS and technology space. She works closely with organizations to understand what's really going on behind the scenes and translate operational and accounting challenges into practical, workable system solutions. She's passionate about helping teams work smarter, not harder, by making sure technology actually supports the people using it rather than the other way around.
Toru Kawate
Toru is a Systems Consultant on the CRM team at Cargas, where he's been since 2021. He brings more than 20 years of experience as an International Sales Manager in the technology industry, along with a strong background in sales and marketing, business processes, and business intelligence. Toru works closely with clients to understand their requirements and design CRM environments that fit how their teams actually work. With CRM technology always evolving, he's constantly learning and bringing that knowledge back to the organizations he supports.
Lilly Ruiz
Lilly is a Systems Consultant on the Sage Intacct team at Cargas, where she's been since 2019. Before Cargas, she spent six years in public accounting supporting a variety of businesses, which gave her a firsthand look at what business leaders need from their accounting software. Today she helps organizations implement Sage Intacct, learn the system, and get ongoing support, with a focus on improving daily operations and cutting out the busywork that slows teams down. Lilly holds a B.S. in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and is a certified Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist.
Memie Whiteside
Memie is a CRM Team Leader and Lead Systems Consultant at Cargas, where she's been part of the team since 2000. Before joining Cargas, she worked in Human Resources and became curious about the technology HR teams relied on and how it all worked. Over the years at Cargas she's worn a lot of hats, including Product Specialist, Systems Consultant, Account Manager, Sales Lead, and Consulting Team Leader. Today she brings all of that experience to her work with CRM customers, making sure they get real value from their system and have a great experience working with Cargas. Memie loves helping customers solve business problems and enjoys getting to work with such a wide range of people and industries. She holds a BS in Organizational Management with a minor in Psychology from La Salle University.
Preston Cuer
Preston Cuer is the Manager of Development Solutions at Cargas and a software engineer with more than 16 years of experience building custom business software and integrations. He has spent much of his career working with CRM platforms and the past five-plus years developing solutions for Sage Intacct, including numerous integrations between the two systems. In addition to leading a team of software engineers, Preston remains hands-on with software design and development, helping customers solve complex business challenges through technology. When he's not working with code and integrations, he's involved in Lancaster's theatre community as a stage manager and stage combat choreographer.
