Cargas Hires and Promotes Staff to Support Growing Business
Lancaster, Pennsylvania – February 13, 2020 – Cargas is pleased to announce several new promotions and a new management hire to support recent growth during the past year. The following individuals have been named to key strategic roles throughout the company.
Cargas Energy Business Unit Changes
The Cargas Energy business unit is dedicated to the development, implementation, and support of Cargas Energy, software for fuel delivery and HVAC service companies.
Cory Grimm, formerly Director of Consulting, is promoted to Director of Professional Services. In addition to leading Cargas Energy’s consulting team, Cory will expand his management responsibilities to include the Cargas Energy technical services team. He will also lead a special projects team dedicated to delivering consulting and technical services to Cargas’ existing customer base. Before joining Cargas, Cory was an Operations Analyst for the federal government, a financial advisor, and served in the active-duty Air Force. Since joining the Cargas team in 2013, he has held roles as a trainer, consultant, and project manager. Cory earned a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Strategic Leadership in Business, both from Elizabethtown College.
“Cory has been instrumental in developing our consulting team to support our growing customer base. His experience across many roles, his leadership here at Cargas, and his diverse background will help us as we continue to grow and scale our Cargas Energy business,” said Dennis Disabatino, VP of the Cargas Energy business unit.
With Cory moving into this new role, two other promotions have been made to support the Cargas Energy consulting team.

“Since Nick joined Cargas, he has been a top performer and instrumental in leading successful implementations for several of our enterprise-level customers. Nick’s breadth and depth of knowledge across Cargas Energy, as well as his confidence, aptitude, and professionalism will serve him well in this new role,” said Disabatino.

“Jaiya came to Cargas with years of experience as a project manager and leader. Over the past several years, she has been instrumental in elevating the project manager role while leading most of our Cargas Energy implementation projects—all during a period of rapid growth for our business unit,” said Disabatino.
The Cargas Energy support team continues to grow and evolve. Due to continuous customer growth and the need for focused leadership, the Cargas Energy support team will now be structured around two focus areas: Customer Support and Technical Support.

“Bob has been a super-dedicated leader and doer on our support team from the beginning of Cargas Energy. Over the past year, he has done a great job implementing new ZenDesk features, setting goals for the team, and kicking off our KCS (Knowledge-Centered Support) initiative. This new role will allow Bob to focus on supporting the technical needs of our customers,” said Disabatino.

“Focusing this role will help us better serve our customers. Pam’s background makes her a great fit to lead this team and help us develop our customer service practices to better support our growing customer base,” said Disabatino.
TJ Hammond, formerly a Software Engineer, is promoted to Team Leader of the technical services team. In addition to working directly with customers, in this new role, TJ will also be responsible for estimates and assigning tasks, documentation, and leading team meetings. TJ joined the Cargas team in 2015 and has served as a Software Engineer for both our Business Solutions and Cargas Energy business units. He holds a BS from Averett University.
“In his time with Cargas, TJ has gained broad knowledge and improved his skillset in working with both our Business Solutions and Energy customers. TJ is a hard worker and over the past couple of years has been instrumental in go-lives for key enterprise-level projects,” said Disabatino.
Sage Intacct Business Unit Changes
The Sage Intacct business unit is dedicated to the resale, implementation, and support of Sage Intacct cloud accounting software.

“Anthony has been a member of the Sage Intacct business unit since its inception in 2017 and a long-time member of the business unit leadership team. Throughout that time, he has excelled both in managing complex projects and in managing large quantities of projects at any one time,” said Tom Falloon, Director of Professional Services for the Sage Intacct business unit.

“Doug has been a member of the Sage Intacct business unit since its inception in 2017 and has been a pod leader for the last year. He has deep knowledge of the software, most recently leading our services related to the use of contracts functionality to meet new ASC 606 accounting standards,” said Falloon.

“Jeff has been a pod leader for the last year. He has deep knowledge of the software, especially with its capabilities to support multi-national businesses (including global consolidation), contracts, project accounting, and inventory,” said Falloon.
Business Solutions Business Unit Changes
The Business Solutions business unit is dedicated to the resale, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics business software products and custom software development.

“From the start, Jaime has brought a passion to her role that includes looking for opportunities to improve, streamline, and document processes,” said Jon Clemens, Vice President of the Business Solutions business unit.

“Charlie has helped to deliver some of our most challenging and complex solutions during his time with Cargas. He has led the way in learning about the latest addition to our product line, Dynamics 365 Business Central, while continuing to deliver new services to customers,” said Clemens.

“During his time at Cargas, Preston has been instrumental in many large, successful projects for customers. Recently, he has taken on more leadership related to maintaining and transitioning our development platform and our approach for custom solutions,” said Clemens.
