Let’s get you up and running with Dynamics 365 CRM’s core sales functionality. We’ll set up the software, configure your sales process, teach you how to build and run reports, and provide project management to keep your implementation on track and on budget.
This package is ideal for companies upgrading from document-driven sales management (like Excel) or small business CRM systems, with 10 users or less, that don’t intend to use Dynamics 365 CRM’s marketing capabilities right away. (While marketing is not included in this package, it can always be added later.)

Get Started!
Cargas will:
- Lead a Sales Workshop session focused on one “lead to opportunity” workflow
- Turn on and purchase the licenses for your instance of Dynamics 365 CRM (for Sales)
- Set up a single environment and sandbox
- Assign licenses and built-in security groups for up to 10 Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise users
- Complete a single import of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities using a standard template (to be provided)
- Create a single Sales dashboard
- Provide training on:
- System navigation and use
- Creating and modifying dashboards
- Lead a project close meeting, including next steps
Assumptions and limitations:
- Cargas must be your digital partner of record and your Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft
- Ideal for 10 users or less (more than 10 users may require a change in scope/price)
- You will complete any additional configuration as directed
- You will extract all necessary data and provide data to Cargas by populating provided Excel templates. Any variations to the template or ‘bad data’ (i.e. duplicates, spelling or address errors) will be considered out of scope
- Excludes custom reports
- Excludes custom code, custom page layouts
- Excludes integration with other systems
- Excludes connections to non-Microsoft email servers
- This package does not include other items such as system analysis, fit/gap process, system modifications, or integrations (these services are available for an additional cost)
- Support services can be added for an additional cost
