What Is HubSpot Breeze?
Learn what Breeze is and how it leverages AI in HubSpot to automate marketing, sales, and customer engagement for smarter business outcomes.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
Breeze is a suite of AI tools embedded directly in HubSpot’s CRM software that transforms the way sales, marketing, and service professionals use HubSpot. Announced at INBOUND 2024 and launched the same day, Breeze expands HubSpot’s existing features with AI capabilities that automate tasks, enrich data, and provide virtual assistance to every user.
HubSpot breaks Breeze into three components:
- Breeze Assistant – A general purpose AI assistant that can answer queries, pull data, and streamline workflows
 - Breeze Agents – Dedicated virtual agents that automate specific Hub activities to help teams save time where it matters
 - Breeze Intelligence – Data enrichment tools that help teams collect more information in less time

Breeze provides users with instant access to the data they need, plus time-saving tools that increase productivity, all from within the HubSpot platform. This means users can access and reap the benefits of the latest AI enhancements directly from the software they use the most.
How Does Breeze Work in HubSpot?
Rather than adding another layer of complexity to HubSpot, Breeze enhances what’s already there and simplifies processes to help information move seamlessly across departments and keep teams in sync. By tapping into HubSpot’s CRM database, Breeze draws from shared contact, company, and deal records to deliver smarter insights and smoother workflows across the platform.
With Breeze for HubSpot, users across every Hub can get more done in less time and with less stress:
- Sales Hub: Gain contextual insights into account activities to personalize customer outreach and close deals faster
 - Marketing Hub: Automate tailored campaigns across multiple channels to target the right customers at the right time
 - Service Hub: Unify customer support, sales, and marketing data to deliver faster, more informed service
 - Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub): Automate cross-platform activities with little to no coding, keeping data consistent and reliable
 - Commerce Hub: Generate, customize, and track quotes with intelligent, context-driven insights
 - Content Hub: Create high-quality content—from case studies to web pages—with just a few clicks

Breeze adapts to the way teams already work within these six Hubs, empowering users to streamline workflows, strengthen collaboration, and eliminate silos. This results in a more connected, more efficient HubSpot experience that lets teams focus less on managing tools and more on creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Features
Breeze is available across all six Hubs in HubSpot, enhancing role-specific capabilities for any users in regular contact with customers. However, Breeze can also be broken down into three broad categories based on functionality—Assistant, Agents, and Intelligence.
Breeze Assistant
Breeze Assistant, formerly called Breeze Copilot, is an AI assistant embedded in HubSpot that is available across the entire platform as a chatbot. As the “generalist” of HubSpot’s AI capabilities, Breeze Assistant can answer natural-language queries by pulling data, summarizing account information, or drafting emails and similar content. Breeze Assistant is also contextual, which means it remembers the pages users have visited, and the tasks they’ve used it to complete previously, to streamline future workflows.
Breeze Assistant Features
- Create sales, marketing, and service workflows
 - Write email copy based on established content parameters
 - Summarize account information and support tickets
 - Offer direction for future business decisions
 - Explain how to complete a process or function in HubSpot

Breeze Agents
Breeze Agents are designed to serve as teammates for specific modules within HubSpot. Unlike Breeze Assistant, which offers broad and general features, Breeze Agents drill deep into the software to offer more transformative functionality. These agents are pre-built and customizable via Breeze Studio, so users can save time on their most redundant tasks. This means teams can do more in one day than ever before, all without restructuring job responsibilities or hiring and training new talent.
Breeze Agent Examples:
- Customer Agent – A frontline customer service chatbot that can resolve minor issues and forward complex ones to the team
 - Prospecting Agent – A sales driver that researches, qualifies, and communicates with leads
 - Closing Agent – A virtual sales tool that helps move buyers through the sales pipeline faster and with less friction
 - Knowledge Base Agent – A product and service specialist that tracks support trends and drafts relevant help articles based on content gaps
 - Personalization Agent – A messaging expert that determines the best message types and channels for specific audience segments
 - Data Agent – A data expert that pools information from your CRM, documentation, and the internet to identify industry trends and new business opportunities
 - Content Agent – A content writer that builds landing pages, whitepapers, and other text-based resources from scratch

Breeze Intelligence
Breeze Intelligence is the data-focused component of Breeze. It runs in the background of users’ everyday operations, collecting and organizing data so sales, marketing, and service team members can get a complete picture of each customer account. Breeze Intelligence doesn’t just collect data, though; it ensures that all CRM data is clean and accurate while making it easier to capture lead information.
Breeze Intelligence Features
- Data Enrichment – Fills in data gaps with publicly available information about the accounts in your system
 - Buyer Intent – Studies the companies and individuals that visit your website to prepare your team for first contact
 - Form Shortening – Auto-fills webforms with the information you already have about a prospect to simplify data collection

How to Use HubSpot Breeze
Breeze is available for any user with a HubSpot account and can be accessed by navigating to Breeze > Overview. This page offers a list of ready-to-use AI tools in HubSpot and includes information about how to use Breeze or access additional features.
How to Use Breeze Assistant
Breeze Assistant is already embedded in HubSpot; users can access it by visiting the Breeze Overview page, then the Get Started tab, and finally by selecting “Try Breeze Assistant.” This will open Breeze Assistant and enable users to submit queries for data analysis, content generation, and more.
How to Use Breeze Agents
Breeze Agents do not come pre-installed in HubSpot; rather, users select the specific agents they want to download via the Breeze Marketplace. This marketplace is accessible through the Get Started tab on the Breeze Overview page. Users can start with the Featured Agents section of the Breeze Marketplace to learn about the most popular agents for specific business needs. Additionally, users can access Breeze Studio to customize and build agents, no coding experience required.
How to Use Breeze Intelligence
Breeze Intelligence runs in the background of HubSpot’s operations, but it must be turned on first. Users can visit Settings > Data Management > Data Enrichment to customize how Breeze Intelligence enriches records and which additional data tools it will use. Once activated, Breeze Intelligence ensures the accuracy and completeness of data used to evaluate buyer intent, improve lead scoring, and personalize customer interactions.
How Much Does HubSpot Breeze Cost?
While some Breeze features (like basic AI assistant functionality) are available across all HubSpot products and plans, advanced features like Breeze Agents and Breeze Intelligence consume HubSpot Credits.
